Hazel S. Evans is an entrepreneur and community-minded board leader dedicated to helping organizations grow with clarity, responsibility, and heart. She is the Founder & CEO of Highland Valley Digital, where she partners with both local Napa County companies, as well as organizations nationwide, to strengthen leadership, accelerate growth, and build high-performing teams. Hazel is also the co-founder of Napa Global Institute, the region’s first leadership incubator dedicated to cultivating future-ready entrepreneurs and expanding economic mobility.
Having spent 20 years living in American Canyon, where her children grew up and attended local schools, Hazel is deeply committed to giving back to the community that shaped her family. The mission of the Napa River Ecology Center aligns perfectly with her passion to create sustainable systems, leave a lasting legacy, and build pathways for tomorrow’s leaders. Hazel is honored to join the board and help shape programs that will benefit the Napa County communities for generations to come.
