Community Wetlands Clean Up Day
Join the Parks Foundation’s Teen WILD volunteers for a Wetlands Edge Trail community clean-up. Enjoy a sunset stroll will participating in a light trash clean-up. All materials including gloves, trash bags, and garbage pickers provided by the Parks Foundation.
Interested volunteers will meet Parks Foundation staff at the Wetlands Edge Trailhead to be broken into work teams before canvasing popular trail locations including Glass Beach, Myrna’s Point, and the outdoor fitness center/parking lot.
This event is open to all ages. No pre-registration required. Volunteers will be asked to sign a volunteer waiver (parental signature required). Light refreshments will be provided.
