A Celebration of Art & Nature
Heart Your Parks is a month-long celebration of arts and nature. This celebration combines the community’s love of nature and art with exciting new ways to experience local trails. The multi-faceted program is designed to encourage nature exploration as a means to improve physical and mental well-being.
Heart Walk
A display of oversized hearts created by local artists of
all ages. The nature-themed heart frames can be found at three locations: Wetlands Linear trail, Wetlands Edge trail, and the Newell Open Space trails. Enjoy a stroll along the trail & enjoy the temporary art exhibit.

Wetlands Coffee Morning
Join ACCPF on Saturday, February 11th (10:00 -11:30) for coffee then stroll along the Wetlands Edge trail to view the beautiful heart frames.

Take a Heart Home
The featured heart frames in the 2023 Heart Your Parks – Trail Edition collection are available for community purchase by donation. To inquire about taking a 2023 heart frame home, please get in touch with Andrea Long at andrea@acparks.org to discuss availability.
