AN EVENING AT THE RUINS
5th Annual An Evening at the Ruins
Join us from 5:00-10:00 PM on Saturday, September 18th, 2021
We are excited to announce that the American Canyon Community & Parks Foundation’s popular annual fundraiser, An Evening at the Ruins is back for 2021! The event, scheduled for Saturday, September 18, 2021, is already sold out & we are busy finalizing the planning for this special event in American Canyon.
Volunteers are the heart of this event and we are in need of enthusiastic & dedicated volunteers to help us make this magical evening a success! We have a variety of volunteer jobs & shifts available for 2021. If you are interested in joining us for this event, please complete the Volunteer Interest Form.
This year parks and outdoor spaces have taken on an especially important role in our lives. ACCPF is the number one supporter of parks and outdoor programming in American Canyon. Since 2015 we have donated nearly $200,000 back to our community in support of this mission.
We are thrilled to gather again in support of this important cause. This year's event brings our donors and the community together for an unforgettable evening of music, fantastical light displays, and magical graffiti art. Not to mention the famed Ruins sunsets at dinner time. An Evening at the Ruins is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Your donations support outdoor learning, art, literacy, wellness, environmental education, park improvements, and more. This funding helps us reach over 4,000 people each year in these programs.
We are incredibly grateful to the Watson Ranch Development including McGrath Properties and the Jaeger Family (Jaeger Vineyards) for use of this stunning setting.
An Evening at the Ruins will feature a reception with delicious passed appetizers, custom
cocktails, a scrumptious dinner, a silent and live auction, fantastic local wines, and live music to
party the night away under the stars. Plus, look for a return of the thrilling Dessert Dash with donations from our local bakers.
Joining our event as emcee is a local favorite...Mark Ibanez! You'll recognize Mark as KTVU Channel 2 Sports Anchor and supporter of many local non-profits.
We welcome local favorite Richard Pio Roda. Richard’s high-energy style will delight guests as he showcases a variety of unique and adventurous live auction lots.
As the sky darkens watch the Ruins be transformed into a colorful urban night scene that is the perfect backdrop for enjoying live entertainment from local band Jealous Zelig. Sip an evening cocktail, and enjoy the starry sky above.

Stay In American Canyon
Why drive home after the party? You can relax in the neighborhood by staying in one of our local hotels.
We look forward to welcoming you to the 5th Annual Evening At The Ruins! Your health and safety are our top priorities at this year’s event, that’s why we are implementing Covid-19 requirements for everyone attending the event. Our goal is to keep our guests, volunteers, vendors, and staff safe.
With the emergence of the Delta variant, An Evening At The Ruins will now require:
1. Proof that guests are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, or
2. Proof of a negative Covid-19 test. The test must have been taken within 72 hours of the event.
*A photo of your vaccination card, State QR code, or negative test result saved to your phone is sufficient.
Face coverings are subject to CDC, State, and Napa County mask mandates and may change in the weeks leading up to our event.
Everyone attending this year’s event will be required to follow these safety protocols, and entry will be denied for those who cannot.
Please feel free to reach out to us via email with any questions in advance of your arrival.
We appreciate everyone’s efforts to keep each other safe as we raise money for parks, programs, and play in American Canyon.
